There's no need to download the first two; just Bash is fine.  That is
because the GNU Chess maintainer already ran Autoconf and Automake
when he/she prepared the package for distribution.

OTOH, packages such as Fileutils, Textutils, Sh-utils, Grep, Sed, and
Gawk _are_ required to run the configure script.
