No, the virtual memory is controlled by the free disk space and 
an internal limit you can change running cwsparam.

The amount of DOS memory available will change how many page tables
are available - so how much physical memory you can use at one time
without faulting the page tables themselves.  1KB DOS memory = 1MB
physical.  Unless you have over 512MB of physical memory, and plan
to use it under DOS this is unlikely to be an issue.

If you do plan to use more than 512MB under DOS, the WIP r6 uses 4MB
pages to remove these limits.
