Please post the smallest compilable piece of code that
reproduces this error, along with the command line you
used. It's hard to diagnose in a vacuum.
This error commonly occurs when a user tries to
compile a C++ program but forgets to link in the C++
standard library. Replacing "gcc" with "gpp" on the
command line makes the problem go away if that is the
cause.
You indicate that you are programming in C, not C++.
If so, then my solution won't help.
In any case, post code so we can see what's going on.
Best regards,
Tom
