Read the readme files.

I do not uderstand this, but read the Rhide docs.

Search google as there were a few a number of years ago, but they are
no longer supported.

If you want a Windows C++ compiler then try CYGWIN, MINGW, Open Watcom
or Borland Builder 5.5 plus Windows IDE (seperate download)
