Hi friends

i'm using djgpp 2.04 alpha on windows xp.
i want to do network programming. but i didn't find
any related libraries line net,libpcap,etc... in
djgpp's include folder.

where can i get them. and plz tell me how to create a
dll file. i want to work with JNI.
