You should have gcc 3.2.2 installed.
Compiling your program (name a.pas) with
gpc -v a.pas
yields the following. Compare it to yours
Reading specs from c:/djgpp/lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.22/specs
Configured with: /djgpp/b/gnu/gcc-3.22/configure i586-pc-msdosdjgpp
--prefix=/dev/env/DJDIR --disable-nls --enable-languages=pascal
--enable-checking
Thread model: single

I have several:
find /djgpp -iname 'libgcc.a'
/djgpp/lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.2/libgcc.a
/djgpp/lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.22/libgcc.a
/djgpp/lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.23/libgcc.a
/djgpp/lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.31/libgcc.a
/djgpp/lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.32/libgcc.a
The one you need is
/djgpp/lib/gcc-lib/djgpp/3.22/libgcc.a

Present, several times over.

Just download gcc 3.2.2 from the usual sites. Remember to reinstall gcc
3.3.2 after installing gcc 3.2.2
