Some years ago, a book was written on programming which used an albeit older by present standards version of DJGPP. I'm not talking about a Sam's book that has improper install instructions! The one I'm mentioning is one I remember DJ reported got an autographed copy. Is this book still on print (or available)? -- Cesar Rabak GNU/Linux User 52247. Get counted: http://counter.li.org/
