Please explain what do you mean by ``direct access'' in this context. Disk-on-chip pretends to be a hard disk, so I'd expect that BIOS functions to access a disk on the sector level should work. DJGPP has biosdisk and _bios_disk functions in its library which should help you do that. If this is not good enough, please tell what else you need.
