Hi,
   I was looking for a file named dlltool. I don't know whether it is an
   exe of what kind of file it is. It is described in the "info" under
   binutil and also in the /man/cat1/dlltool.1, but not under the
   manifest files. I cannot find the file anywhere. I have both the DJGPP
   Ver 2.03 as well as Ver 2.04A. As well as Binutil213b and Binutil214b.
   What is the scoop on this file?
