I have re-worded the announcement, hopefully to make it clearer:-

There are two binaries availabel as follows:-
1) DJGPP 2.03 and gcc 2.81
2) DJGPP 2.04 alpha 1 release and gcc 3.2.2.

These are not available from the normal www.rhide.com or from DJ's
site.

I have not seen very much from Robert on Rhide for a number of years.
SET and/or Andris seem to be finxing and releasing it now.

The snapshots at www.rhide.com are from Andris.

The last Rhide reases since about 1.4.1 have been done by Andris, but
this one was done by SET.

By Robert's site I take it you mean www.rhide.com

Hope this helps.

Andrew
