Looks like you are mixing 2.03 and 2.04 files. Please read the 2.04
readme for info on symlink (search for "2.03").

I am using all 2.04 files and the lib builds okay. I did not modify
anything, just unzipped the files and ran "make -f makefile.dj2" in
the contrib\grx directory.

I suggest that you upgrade to the 2.04 version of make 3.80 and give
it another go. 

If this does not work then check that you have the 2.04 version of the
bin utils.
