The appropriate magic for DJGPP is:

    export SHELL=/dev/env/DJDIR/bin/bash.exe

I don't recommend putting this in your start-up files. It's not the default
shell for DJGPP and it could hide problems. On the other hand, it may make
your life simpler. ;)
