This particular bug isn't fixed in the V2.03 refresh - so you need to grab the V2.04 test builds - or rename the files to lower case. (At the time this looked like a lot of modules to touch in the refresh to get the case fixing feature to work. Hindsight says I probably should have fixed it also ...)
