> I am very new to djgpp and allegro, but i am able to run the already >compiled allegro examples that use full screen gfx, but when i >compile them myself with djgpp and allegro and try to run them i get >an unable to initilize full screen mode error? There is no such thing as already compiled examples as Allegro is distributed in source form only. I would look a the examples and compare them to what you are doing or Start with one of the examples as a starting point and modify it. Andrew
