CWSDPMI runs only plain DOS only.

We can't know anything specific to your W2K box because you have not otld
us anything. However, check that the file
AUTOEXEC.NT
exists in %SystemRoot%\system32, and contains the line:
lh %SystemRoot%\system32\dosx
