Hello.
I have prepared updated DJGPP packages of automake 1.5. I have called these
"release 2". This release fixes a bug in the installation of info manuals by
automake-generated Makefiles. I have also produced a documentation package for
automake 1.5.
But what is automake? automake is designed to ease the burden of maintaining
Makefiles. automake generates Makefile.in files from Makefile.am files.
Makefile.am files contain automake macros. A macro may list the sources - from
this automake will put all the rules needed to compile the sources into
Makefile.in. The Makefile.in files are then used by autoconf to generate
Makefiles.
Binary (amake15b.zip), documentation (amake15d.zip) and source (amake15s.zip)
packages of automake are available:

If you wish to use automake, please download amake15b.zip. If you wish to
rebuild automake from sources, please download amake15s.zip. If you wish to

download amake15d.zip.
