Well, there is one last possibility, if you feel a bit adventurous: you could set up a cross-compiler toolchain. I.e. you would run a special version of GCC, e.g. on Linux, and have that create programs which run on Win32s. Actually, I made an error in my assessment: large parts of RSXNTDJ could work even on Win16+Win32s systems, because essentially RSXNTDJ *is* a cross-compiler itself: it runs on DOS, but makes executables for Win32. -- Hans-Bernhard Broeker (broeker AT physik DOT rwth-aachen DOT de) Even if all the snow were burnt, ashes would remain.
