Name it as you want, but the main question is that some precise info is
needed to install a package. It must be in dsm format to use pakke, AND
in human readable format to be used as a hint about what to install. I
think we need both formats (one could be generated from the other).

From the pakke manual:
How to install DJGPP using pakke
1.Create a directory to contain your DJGPP installation, e.g.
c:/djgpp. Please replace c:/djgpp with the appropriate path in the
following steps.
2.Extract the pakke binary distribution into the DJGPP directory.
