It's a repository of all programs that choose to provide their
documentation in info formation.  It's not djgpp-specific, although
there are djgpp-specific documentation in that directory.

Get the gcc31d.zip file.  It has the same text in a variety of other
formats.  But the content is the same, just formatted differently.
