Complain to Bill Gates: all the descendants of Windows NT do not
support the functions of interrupt 2Fh which allow DOS programs to
read and write the Windows clipboard.  So DJGPP programs, being
essentially DOS executables, cannot access the clipboard on those
versions of Windows.
