Eli told me in another newsgroup about getting hip to Texinfo.  I'm downloading
version 42.  There is a binary and a source file, but no doc file.

There's a doc file for 40.  Does this one suffice?  Or is the documentation
rolled into one of those other 42 archives?  Or is it just an omission?
