I've placed a patch here: http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/djgpp/misc/djtypes.h.diff I diff'd against djtypes.h from CVS a week or so ago, so it's not quite the latest, but it should still work. (The only thing that has changed is one of the comments.)
