Where do you have DJGPP installed on your harddrive? If you know which drive it's on, go to that drive, and from the drive's root location (i.e. C:\ ... not C:\temp or some other subfolder) and enter the following command: dir djgpp.env /s/p/b It should return a path to your DJGPP ini file. The %DJGPP% variable *must* point to this file (use full path). This file is located at the top of the DJGPP tree (where ever you have it) and cannot be moved somewhere else. Mine looks like this: > echo %DJGPP% D:\USER\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV If you do not have the djgpp.env file, you need to go back to http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html .
