> Is P166 too old for C++, then ? (with MSVC++ I can compile C++ in few > seconds) I used to use a 386/20 for gcc development. I still have a 486/20 with DJGPP on it. A P166 is blazingly fast compared to those. You just have to be more careful about setting up the cache and ramdisk.
