Apparently, a2ps cannot be used directly from the DJGPP binary
distribution, because the main config files are missing from
a2ps413b.zip.

I've managed to complete the installation by grabbing a2ps.cfg and
a2ps-site.cfg from the source distribution a2ps413s.zip, and manually
putting them in an 'etc' folder of the DJGPP installed tree.

In addition I had to complete the clause 'FileCommand:' of a2ps.cfg,
which had no command given, and specify 'file' as the command.

Has anybody succesfully installed a2ps version 4.13 binaries? Any other
troubles?
