Well, What kind of tutorials you expect??? Basically, it is (i.e. DJGPP)nothing but the same GNU utils available on any UNIX/Linux box - ported to MSDOS/Win. So, if you've worked with them or are familiar with them, then you can work with DJGPP in the same way.
