Ok, been messing with a Tcl port and just added the tclreadline package, but no color,
yet...

NO PACKET DRIVER FOUND.

hmmm, ansi escape sequences..  That would be fine when I'm under DOS and have ansi.sys
loaded.  does gnu readline read a termcap file?  If so, does anyone know how to get
readline doing something useful for colors under NT and what's the procedure?
