I ask because I dont think that I have ever used anything but WinZip.
There maybe something that I have not noticed yet, that may be looming.

I never used WinZip. I used PKZIP since before WinZip existed, then later
switched to Infozip, which is open-source, available for DOS 16-bit and 32-bit,
Win32, BeOS, OS/2, most all Unixes and quasi-Unixes, OpenVMS, etc. UNZIP32 used
for DJGPP is part of Infozip. I can't see why one would want to use WinZip in
view of the superior alternative.
