It means you have a rather probable case of version mixup on your
hands.  That messages you running gcc.exe of gcc V2.95.2, but it's
somehow finding cc1.exe of version 2.8.1, which quite definitely
shouldn't ever happen.  Make sure you have deinstalled 2.8.1 before
you installed 2.95.2, as the installation instructions of 2.95.2 tell
you to.
