I would say so. I think I could also take over maintainance for it. I tried to
contact the original author, but all e-mail addresses I found didn't work. The
only bug I know of currently has something to do with the FPU handling. It seems
to work fine on Windows98, but on a computer without a FPU it crashes sooner or
later (depending on the emulation used). It also seems to crash in Win2000 if
the FPU is really used.
