Oh yeah, Mr. Smart give us expert advice in Latin.
For a beginner in terms of learning effort and regarding basic 
language constructs C is very well part of C++.
A Newbie is asking for advice and some people are trying to be helpful.
Now, what use is that smart-ass remark to the OP or anyone else?
