I'm using version 5.0 from a SimTel mirror; stock 2.03 libc; bash 2.04;
DOS 5.0; on a 386/387 box.  I encounter the same strangeness whether I
compile using -g or -gstabs+ (although I did not expect that to make a
difference).  Also no difference whether I use gcc 2.7.2.1 or gcc 3.0.3.
The keyboard remapping, doubly-echoed characters, etc., make it nearly
impossible to type in gdb commands.
