Creating: b.exe
The error was: Permission denied (EACCES)

I often get this message when re-building program, that had just crashed.

I.e. I run program, then it crashes/hangs co I must ctrl-break it
Then I try to rebuild it but I have eACCES errors becaus by previous b.exe 
that had crashed is still locked. The solution is to restart RHIDE, but 
sometimes I have to restart Windows... 

this error didn't exist in previous versions of RHIDE/DJGPP
