Perfectly correct: the SKIPPED correspond to auxiliary libraries you have not installed.
The y2k bug is an erratic bug of no consequence: the program sets time/date just before
y2k waits a few seconds and then reads date/time. But erratically windows tries to launch
a program to ask for new time.
