BTW: would it feasible to make an alternative to NTVDM.EXE ?
I mean technically; the real effort could be quite big...
Maybe NTVDM.EXE relies on hidden entries in the NT system;
otherwise it could be an interesting challenge to provide
a replacement of it with a correct DPMI.
