Christian Richter <c DOT richter AT or-computers DOT de> wrote: > Is it possible to call a conventional 16bit DOS program within the > 32bit environment? Depends on how "convention" is to be interpreted. Most of them should, but any relying on a DOS extender or 16bit DPMI services will fail. This includes those built with Borland Pascal 7's "extended DOS" model (actually a simulation of parts of the Windows API, based upon a 16bit DPMI server), to give just one prominent example. -- Hans-Bernhard Broeker (broeker AT physik DOT rwth-aachen DOT de) Even if all the snow were burnt, ashes would remain.
