The GNU Sh-utils contains many programs that are called/used
frequently in shell scripts. Some of these include basename, dirname,
date, etc.

A few of the DJGPP specific patches have made it into the official
distribution of Sh-utils, but more work needs to be done to get it to
build out of the box.

Also, thanks to Eli Zaretskii and Jim Meyering who helped with this
(although it took time to release this due to various reasons).
