In a nutshell, there are a few minor issues but the posted binaries seem to work well enough to allow very large, complex projects to be completely built on Windows 2000. Avoid deep directories (>7 levels deep) - there is a bug we have recently diagnosed but isn't yet fixed. The code is "beta" quality at this stage. Almost 600 people have downloaded at least one zip from this site and you can see the short list of known remaining problems.
