This is a very old version of DJGPP.

Should be PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND

This is a very old version of the compiler.

Please upgrade to the latest versions: GCC 2.95.3 and DJGPP v2.03.
Then fix your setting of PATH.  Then try compiling again, and I think
you will see that the problems are gone.
