Some comments/questions/nitpicks:

	* there is no executable `nlmconv.exe'.  Should there be?

	* `strings.1' manpage is missing

	* `addr2line.exe' is archived as `add2line.exe' (manifest
	  file is okay, but the file unzips with the wrong name.)
