To build the library from djlsrNNN.zip, you need these packages to be 
installed:

   djdevNNN.zip
   gccNNNb.zip
   gppNNNb.zip
   bnuNNNb.zip
   makNNNb.zip
   bsnNNNb.zip
   txiNNNb.zip

If it turns out you need something else beyond these packages, please 
report that here.
