Only because djgpp.env says INFO_LINES=40. If you remove that, or set
INFO_LINES=25 in the environment, Info won't switch the video mode.
I added INFO_LINES=40 to djgpp.env because IMHO 25 lines is too few to
be able to see a sufficiently large chunk of the document in one
screenful.
