Apparently, as of version 4.0 (or earlier) the djgpp port of info no
longer supports MS-DOS. "info" at a DOS box in Windoze works normally;
"info" at a pure MS-DOS command prompt grinds for half an hour with
excessive disk activity, then dies with a segfault!
