i downloaded

Djdev203.zip

I  created a dir called  DJGPP into drive C:\

I unzipped Djdev203.zip into DJGPP

I controlled my unzip program support long file name, i used WinZip.

I setted the two line about PATH as specificated into file readme.1st

I restarted system.

... but GPP give me this error when i try to compile:

installation problem cannot execute 'as' : No such file or directory
(ENOENT)

What means?

I missed some steps?

Can anyone help me?
