There is another solution, I think - an executable that is both a DOS
program and Windows program. The Windows portion can contain an icon
resource, which appear as the program's icon. Invoking the Windows portion
would load and execute the DOS program. Don't ask me how to generate these
programs [with DJGPP] though! 8)
