That is a nice suggestion, thanks, but it has no relation with my
question. It is not my aim to support 8088, I was just curious. BTW my
application is a compiler (Jal, a pascal-like language for PIC
microcontrollers). It is VERY memory-hungry (compiling a minimal
program uses ~4 Mb, large programs can require >50 Mb). So a flat
32-bit address space and virtual memory is a must.
