Stuck at square one.

I downloaded all files indicated by the zip picker.
I don't have a djgpp.env, but I have a rhide_.env.
I don't have a go32-v2.exe

According to readme.1st, I need those. Why didn't I get them with the
download and how do I get the right versions?
