I had a similar one, but it happened when
a) doing a program reset or something that causes one (->illegal
instruction)
b) after a crash when analyzing a stack trace (->illegal instruction)
c) putting illegal addresses in the Watch window (various errors,
even power-offs and reboots happened).
But since I have an _old_ RHIDE version in Windows, it should have
been fixed now. Try getting a new version!
