Is "samp.c" in the directory where you type gcc? <Shaggythehaker AT aol DOT com> wrote in message news:8 DOT 12167f11 DOT 27ee5930 AT aol DOT com... When i want to compile a sample this is what i do: I enter dos prompt then at the prompt i enter gcc samp.c -o samp.exe After that I hit return and it tells me gcc.exe:samp.c:no such file or directory(enoent) gcc.exe:no input files I have stored the sample files in the C drive. What is going wrong?
