Sir/Madam,

I am a student learning c/c++ programming. I tried installing the GNU c/c++
compiler I got along with the book "C++ programming for dummies". The whole
installation goes smoothly but when I try to execute a program the compiler
is unable to generate the object code for the source.

I hence request you to guide me in the process of instllation and also help
